Though it was a quite Thanksgiving, we didn’t have many people over, it was so nice to be home and cook nonstop for two days. I literally ate until I couldn’t move. It was wonderful. Now I am enjoying the leftovers so much! How was your Thanksgiving?

Happy Thanksgiving all!!

I hope you all are looking forward to a wonderful day with your family, full of cooking and enjoying either others company! I love this day and I truly have so much to be thankful for. Just even to be alive and have love and family in my life, it is all I need. I am extremely grateful! Happy Thanksgiving all, oh, and you should definitely have that slice of pie!

Ate til you are completely stuffed, or because you ate so much stuffing?

I know days are getting more and more busy, but Thanksgiving is coming and it is the time when our scales start to go up just a little. However, with workouts like these, it is easy to control that unwanted muffin top. Even if you are too busy to do this, when you are in your kitchen and waiting for something baking, so some high knees, or twists. Just stretch. Move your body, even just a little. It is better then nothing!
