Roasted Cauliflower

Nothing beats coming home, on a 40 degree day, and throwing a patch of cauliflower in the oven. That salty, crunchy taste is something I crave quite often. Preheat the oven 425 and then cut up a head of cauliflower. Toss with olive oil and salt. Roast for 20 min, then flip over cauliflower and roast for another 20 min. You’d be surprised on how much you can actually eat, it’s delicious!
