For the past few weeks, I’ve just been running and using the elliptical. I like to mix up my routine up a bit and I always turn to Jillian Michaels when I want a fast and effective workout. This video is a favorite and really like the moves and confusing my muscles. She is really easy to follow and changes it up so often that it’s really unlikely for you to become bored.
