Cooking for One

For the last two years, I have become a complete foodie. It was so perfect at home because my mother is an amazing cook and loves cooking homemade and healthy dished. I became her second half in the kitchen. However, for those two years, I was helping cooking dishes for 5 and had an assorted supply of ingredients. Now I am living by myself and I get home at 6:30. The last thing I want to do is cook for just me, especially when I have homework and like to do to a quick workout. Though I have only been in the apartment for a week, I am itching to cook. Something quick, easy and healthy. This is what I found:
