Beef Wellington

Summer is a time to cook and eat with loved ones. Enjoying the warm nights just drinking wine. Those nights are my favorite. Since I have moved I have thrown 3 dinner parties, about once a month. My most recent dinner, I served individual Beef Wellington’s. My first time making that dish and they turned out so well. It was a lot of work, but I loved that I could prep everything before my guests arrived and just throw them in the oven during cocktail hour. This past month, I made eggplant parmesan and last night, I attempted cooking scallops. I’m still learning how to sear them. Have a great week everyone! xo
