Easter is this coming weekend, which means, some lovely home cooking. Though most of my family will be out of town, my dad and I will be around to continue the celebrations. I am thinking a lamb is a must, however, just thinking of this one meal is making me think of all the other dishes that will be coming up along this warm weather. Doesn’t soft shell crab sound good right about now? Oh, and I am excited to bake some fresh desserts with some citrus flavors!
