It’s been cold for so long and we have to stay positive until the warmer months are here. Which is soon I might add! I am not for working-out outside in the cold, so I am stuck to the treadmill and elliptical for now. But since this last month has been non stop birthday celebrations, I need to quite my habit of over-indulging. If anyone has any suggestions on how they don’t over do it during parties or special occasions, I would greatly appreciate it. As for now, I am running at least three times a week, using the elliptical and tonight I am trying out my first Nike Training App. I’ll let you know the verdict!
